Understanding Our Delivery Process

We have created this guide discussing delivery turnaround times to ensure a smooth and informed experience for all Dispensed patients.

Order Processing Time:

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched, once all necessary checks have been completed.

During this time, our partner dispensary team carefully prepares and packages your medication to ensure accuracy and security before shipment.

Shipping Methods:

To ensure timely and secure delivery of your medication, we offer free express shipping on all orders through our approved and trusted courier partners – Team Global Express (TGE) and StarTrack.

Your shipping provider will depend on your delivery location.

Shipping Timeframes:

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be impacted by courier delays or public holidays. While we do our best to get your order to you quickly, delivery delays are outside of our control.

Operating Hours:

Our partner dispensary operates Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm AEDT, and is closed on weekends and public holidays.

Orders placed after 12am Friday will not be dispatched until the following Monday at 4pm.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use the guide below to track your parcel:

  • TGE (Tracking starts with "BDTB")
  • StarTrack (Tracking starts with "B9RZ")

  • Monday to Friday: 7am – 12pm AEDT
  • Saturday & Sunday: 10am – 6pm AEDT
