How do I book an appointment?

You can book a telehealth appointment online in just a few minutes. Start by completing a short pre-screening questionnaire here. Can I get a same-day consultation?

In some cases, same-day consultations may be available depending on clinician availability. You can view and select from the available appointment times through the booking system.

Can I get ongoing support after the consultation?

Can I switch from another clinic to Dispensed?

Yes - you can move your care to Dispensed if you’re currently with another provider. Below is a general overview of how the transfer process works:

  1. Complete the registration process.
  2. If a consultation is suitable, book a telehealth appointment with one of our clinicians.
  3. During the consultation, your clinician can review your existing healthcare plan and medical history.
  4. As part of the transfer process, a discharge summary will be requested from your previous clinic to help ensure continuity of service and keep your records up to date.
  5. Once your information has been reviewed, your new clinician will continue coordinating your care through Dispensed.

This process helps maintain a smooth transition and ensures your care remains consistent.
